10 Ton Spider Crane

The lifting boom of this machine is made of high-strength manganese steel, to ensure better lifting capacity and long service life. The machine adopt multi-section telescopic boom structure, maximum operating radius can reach about 18 meter, maximum lifting height above ground is 21 meter. It equip with 360 degree continuous slewing bearing, can realize full circle rotation without position limit, improve work flexibility on construction site. The outrigger system use two-section legs with hydraulic support, to enhance operation stability and safety during crane lifting work.
Whole machine body have compact size, the ultra narrow chassis width is only 80cm, can easily enter indoor areas, courtyards, basements and other tight space where large lifting equipment cannot operate. It is fitted with rubber tracked chassis, will not cause scratch damage to finished ground surface, and adaptable to variety of road conditions. The travel system use hydraulic drive, walking speed can be adjusted according to actual demand, it can also climb certain slope to adapt complex construction site environment.
For power configuration, we support multi-brand engine customization, customer can choose their specified brand. Available engine brands include Perkins, Cummins, Kubota, Yanmar and Doosan, all of them are well-known international brand with reliable performance. We can also configure corresponding emission standard to meet local market regulation, to reduce customs clearance difficulty for overseas buyers.
We provide rich optional accessories to expand machine function. The main accessories include remote control device, proportional remote control with proportional valve, torque controller, hanging basket, glass suction cup and flying arm.
