This machine have 4 ton rated lifting capacity, total self weight is 3.2 ton. We control this weight ratio to balance lifting stability and body flexibility. Its maximum operating radius reach 14 meter, maximum lifting height above ground is 15 meter. The lifting boom adopt 7-section telescopic structure, made of high strength manganese steel. Basic boom length is 2.8m, full extension length is 15m, the whole extension process cost about 40 second. Every boom unit will accept full load deflection test in our workshop before assembly, to ensure it keep safe under long time continuous working.
Overall dimension of the machine is 4.2m long, 1.05m wide and 1.9m high. The slim body design make it easy to pass through standard single doorway and common freight elevator. It is equipped with rubber crawler track, track width is 230mm. The travel system use hydraulic drive, walking speed range from 0 to 2.5 km/h. It can climb slope up to 25 degree, so it can adapt to muddy, gravel and other complex ground condition, work normally both indoor and outdoor.
The outrigger system adopt manual screw-out form with hydraulic support, and the three-section legs are retractable. We choose manual extension structure because many client tell us automatic outrigger is easy to hit wall or surrounding facility when work in narrow indoor space. Manual mode allow operator to adjust leg length precisely according to actual site condition. When fully extended, the outrigger base measure 4300mm in length, 3760mm in rear width and 4300mm in front width. The wide support base can greatly reduce rollover risk during maximum radius lifting operation.
For power configuration, we provide multiple mature engine options for customer selection. The available engine brands include Yanmar, Weichai, Yunnei, Honda and Yuchai. Custom engine configuration is also acceptable if your local market have special requirement. The emission standards cover China II, Euro 5 and EPA, so the machine can meet import regulation of most countries in Europe, North America and other regions, reduce customs clearance trouble for buyers.
