This machine has 5 ton rated lifting capacity, total self-weight is 6.7 ton. We choose this weight ratio after many times test: it is heavy enough to keep stable when boom fully extend, and light enough to be lifted to rooftop or taken into freight elevator, will not cause damage to floor structure. Its maximum working radius reach 15 meter, maximum lifting height from ground is 17 meter. It adopt 5-section telescopic boom, basic length 4.5m, full extension length 17m, whole extend process cost about 48 second. Every boom unit will accept full-load deflection test in our workshop before delivery; we use high-strength structural steel to make it, so deformation quantity is very small even under long time continuous working.
Compact body size is the most prominent advantage of this model for indoor operation. Overall dimension of the machine: length 4.8m, width 1.5m, height 2.26m. It can pass through most standard single doorway and common freight elevator, no need to dismantle door frame or rent extra transfer equipment to move it into working area. Standard configuration equip with 300mm width rubber crawler track. It can disperse body weight evenly, will not leave scratch on tile floor or polished concrete ground, so it is suit for indoor construction in shopping malls and office buildings. For outdoor working in muddy, gravel or rocky site, customer can replace with heavy-duty track, or install rubber pad later to realize dual-use function.
We adopt manual screw-out outrigger matched with hydraulic support on this model, not fully automatic outrigger structure. Why we design in this way? Many Europe rental customers feedback to us: automatic outrigger easy hit wall or surrounding facility when working in narrow elevator hall or basement space. Manual extension mode allow operator to adjust leg length precisely according to actual site space. After position confirmation, hydraulic cylinder will lock the outrigger firmly to ensure lifting safety. Under full extension state, outrigger base size: 5830mm in longitudinal direction, 4940mm rear width, 5530mm front width. This wide support base can effectively reduce rollover risk even under maximum working radius.
Customization service not only limit to engine. Customer can apply custom brand logo on boom and chassis, and select any RAL standard color to match fleet style or company visual requirement. We provide grey, orange, red, blue, green and black as conventional options, bulk order can support custom color code matching. You also can install additional working attachments, such as digital torque limiter, 50-meter wireless remote control, man basket and glass vacuum suction cup, to expand application range of the equipment.
