8 Ton Spider Crane
We are Jining Changsheng Machinery, a spider crane factory with more than 10 years production experience. The 8 Ton Spider Crane is our heavy-class compact lifting model, develop for construction sites that need heavy load but have limited working space. Traditional large truck crane can not enter such narrow area, so this crawler spider crane become a practical solution for indoor and rooftop heavy lifting work.
The whole machine size is 6.15m long, 1.6m wide and 2.25m high. It is equipped with steel crawler track, track width is 350mm. The travel system use hydraulic drive, travel speed is 0 to 2.5 km/h. It can climb slope up to 25 degree (36% incline), so it can adapt to muddy, gravel and other complex ground condition, work normally both indoor and outdoor.
The outrigger system use manual screw-out design with hydraulic cylinder support, it has two section outriggers. We choose manual extension structure because many of our client feedback that automatic outrigger is easy to hit wall in narrow indoor space. Manual mode allow operator to control leg length precisely according to actual site. When fully extended, the outrigger base measure 7000mm in length, 5070mm in rear width and 6700mm in front width. The wide support base greatly reduce rollover risk during maximum radius lifting.
For power configuration, we provide multiple mature engine options, including Yanmar, Yuchai and Yunnei. Customers can select suitable engine based on local market regulation. Standard model is fitted with Yuchai 58kw diesel engine, 490CC displacement, electric start. Fuel tank capacity is 35 liter. The engine emission meet China II standard, and we can also configure Euro 5 or EPA compliant engine for export to Europe or North America. The on-board electric system use 24V 45AH battery, ensure stable start even in -50℃ to 45℃ temperature environment.
We offer flexible customization service to meet different client demand. Machine body color can be customized according to RAL color code, even one unit order is acceptable. It help customers match their fleet style or company brand image. There are also many optional work accessories, such as wireless remote control, proportional valve remote controller, torque controller, man basket, glass vacuum suction cup and hydraulic flying arm. These accessories can effectively expand the application scope of the equipment.
