1.General Safety Requirements for Spider Crane Operation

Article 13 Do trial lift with load 100–200 mm off ground, confirm load weight, binding condition and crane stability; formal lifting allow only after no problem found.
Article 14 Strictly forbid work over rated load and working radius. No person stand or walk under lifted load or inside boom dangerous area.
Article 15 During operation, operator shall cooperate close with signalman, follow unified command signal, stop operation immediately if any abnormal condition appear.

Article 18 Return all control handles to neutral position, wait spider crane run idle for a while, then turn off main power supply. Retract boom and outriggers in order.
